All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

All products are sold as received from our manufacturers and are thoroughly quality checked before being added to our shop inventory.

In the case of a missing item, you may be offered a refund, exchange, or store credit if the ordered item is no longer available and out of stock. 


We are not responsible for any mail lost or delayed shipments. Please contact the delivery carrier to report the issue.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
